This Distance Sales Agreement is entered into electronically between Tigon Yazılım Ltd. Şti., the seller and provider of the Blogla.io service (the “Seller”), and the person or entity purchasing a digital subscription or add-on service through the Platform (the “Buyer”).

2. Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the provision of digital subscriptions, additional content packages, and similar services purchased electronically by the Buyer.
The essential features of the purchased service, its current price, the total price including taxes, and any periodic usage limits are displayed separately at checkout.
3. Delivery of the Services
Blogla is a digital SaaS service. Once a purchase is approved, the relevant subscription or service is activated in the User’s account and access is provided electronically.
The service is not delivered by physical shipment; digital access is assigned to the User’s account.
Account activation may be completed immediately or within a reasonable period, depending on payment approval and technical verification.
Internet access and a compatible device are required to use the service.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is based on the subscription plan or service package displayed to the User at the time of purchase. Payments are collected securely through iyzico.
The relevant service period begins once payment is approved.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew periodically.
Tax, billing, and financial records may be retained in accordance with applicable law.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For digital content or electronic services that begin immediately, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law. When the User asks for the service to begin immediately after payment, the scope of the right of withdrawal will be determined under the applicable legislation.
The provisions of the Cancellation and Refund Policy also apply to cancellations, refunds, and any repayment of fees.
6. Obligations of the Parties
The Buyer confirms that the information provided during the purchase is accurate, agrees to use the account lawfully, and agrees to pay the applicable fees. The Seller will use reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service in accordance with reasonable technical standards.
The User is responsible for maintaining the security of the account and access credentials.
Blogla may perform maintenance, updates, or security interventions to maintain service continuity.
The service may be suspended in cases of unlawful use, misuse, or nonpayment.
7. Disputes, Jurisdiction, and Effective Date
This Agreement takes effect when it is approved electronically. Applicable consumer law applies to disputes, including the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts within the relevant monetary thresholds.
