  • 5. How to Submit a Request

1. General

Blogla.io operates through a digital subscription and electronic service model. Cancellation and refund requests are therefore reviewed based on the nature of the service, when performance began, whether the service has been used, and applicable consumer law.

2. Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through your account. Unless otherwise stated, access will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next renewal period.

Whether partial usage must be taken into account depends on the terms of the relevant plan.

Refund eligibility for add-on packages or one-time digital services will be reviewed separately if use of the service has already begun.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed based on whether the service has been activated or used, whether a technical issue occurred, and any requirements under applicable law.

A refund may be considered for a service that has not yet been activated or could not be provided because of a technical issue.

If performance of a digital service has begun with the User’s approval, applicable legal exceptions may limit refund eligibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

4. Technical Errors, Failed Transactions, and Duplicate Charges

If a technical error, failed transaction, duplicate charge, or suspected unauthorized use occurs during payment, you may notify the support team. We will review the issue and take the appropriate action.

If a duplicate charge is confirmed, the excess amount will be refunded.

Delays caused by the payment provider, bank, or 3D Secure verification process will be reviewed using the relevant parties’ transaction records.

5. How to Submit a Request

To submit a cancellation or refund request, email info@blogla.io and include your name, email address, order or payment date, and transaction reference, if available.
